In order to set
up the conference call, my office phone will be billed for the service.
I have reserved 5
lines for the teleconference. More lines can be added at a moment's notice but
to keep disruptions to a minimum I am requesting that you RRSP your attendance
by no later than 5pm today by calling my office at 604-823-0224 or by emailing
me via sending a reply to this message.

call phone number is 604-519-2100. Those in the Vancouver calling area will be
able to access the conference toll-free.

Once you RRSP you
will be given an access password either by my receptionist when you call or if
you RRSP by email, you will get a return email no later than 5 pm today with
the password.
Each line costs
20 cents per minute whether it is used or not. Thus, RRSPing is mandatory in
order not to waste funds.
